  Arthritis - Arthritis is the inflammation of one or more joints, causing pain and stiffness that can worsen with age. There are different types of arthritis with at least more than 100 types, each with their own causes and methods of pain. Some of the most common arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

   Arthritis is a disease that affects your joints, making your life progress a lot harder to expand.

1. What are the causes of arthritis?
   There are 100 types of arthritis, so the cause could range from wear and tear to a viral or bacterial infection.

2. Can everyone get arthritis? Who is most likely to get arthritis?
    People can get arthritis but not everyone. Elderly people are the most likely to get arthritis because their DNA has been worn out over the years.

3. What are the two most common types?
   The two most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

4. What are ways to prevent arthritis?
   There are a variety of ways to prevent arthritis. There is yoga, stretching, physical exercise, weight loss, tai chi, etc.

5. How is it treated?
   In minor cases, it is treated by anti-inflammatory drugs, narcotics, steroids, analgesic and immunosuppressive drugs. In serious cases, surgery is done.
