Hur8 Learning Reflection

Hi, everyone. I'm gonna UwU over here.
    - M3 Me, maybe.

Whare Tapa Wha is about the four walls of our Wellbeing, also called Hauora. If it is interconnected, or if all four walls are stable, then your wellbeing is strong. The stability is important in your wellbeing, because it keeps your physical, mental, social, and spiritual health stable, otherwise, things would go sideways in every turn and corner in your life.

This is useful to understand because Whare Tapa Wha represents your wellbeing, and your wellbeing helps or halters you depending on its condition.

I participated fine in the class, because even if it might have been boring, I did learn something useful in life. It was a nice experience, and I did learn something. I contributed by doing my work when it was assigned to us. Next time, I will try my best to finish my work and do my tasks.

My Hauora is currently doing well, and still standing strong. I know that I need to work on my Physical area of Hauora. I could do this by exercising and staying active everyday. That is all.

I can't put the photo we were tasked to put here, so I hope it's okay with my teachers.

Thank you for reading this blog of mine. Thanks and goodbye, for now.
    - M3
