Inferring in my Understanding

Literal Information:
- Literal information is information found in the story that is vital to infer certain parts of the story. It may be obvious parts, and it could also be not.
Inferring:
- Inferring is being able to read between the lines of stories and put together certain events to form a sensible timeline. Putting together a timeline in your knowledge will form something that could be a possible happening for an event in a story.
Ex.
Literal - Robert was dismayed because someone ate his sandwich. Mike was hungry because he didn't eat breakfast.
Inferred - Mike could've eaten Robert's sandwich while he was away.

Wind Power
Hello, again. It's been 2 weeks, so I'm still gonna get used to this, AGAIN.

Measuring weather.
Definitions:
- Anemometer: An anemometer is a device used for measuring wind speed and direction.
- Beaufort wind scale: The Beaufort scale is an empirical measure that relates wind speed to observed conditions at sea or on land.
MATERIALS
- 4 dishes
- 2 sticks
- cellotape
- pencil
- pin
STEPS
- Go to one of the designated areas.
- Raise the anemometer as high as you can reach.
- Time 15 seconds.
- Count the spins within 15 seconds.
- Record.

- Counter - ME
- Recorder - Kade
- Anemometer Manager - JC
- Wind Manager - Jaren
- Mount the anemometer in a place that has full access to the wind from all directions.
- When the time keeper says "Go", the counter in each group will count how many times the marked cup passes them in one minute and write it down.
- Repeat the above step four (4) times and record the number of spins on the chart.
FINDINGS
- Record how many times it spins and record it in the table below.
- You will need to time them and count the number of spins.

CONCLUSION:
There was almost no wind in the field, the old J Block, and the grass hill in the Quad because the wind was very calm. The tennis court gate had the strongest wind of 2 spins/hr because the wind was slightly stronger than the other 3 areas and that the space nearby was creating a wind tunnel.
